Fiona Sweeney is CEO and Founder of Green Button Consulting and Coaching Ltd. She is an impactful and experienced Business and Marketing leader, with over 23 years of experience driving performance, business, and marketing strategy, and leading change in high performing national and multinational companies across FMCG, Retail, and B2B sectors.
Fiona is also a strong well-being advocate and believes that individual wellbeing and health are the cornerstones of business performance. As a certified Health Coach and Breathwork teacher, Fiona offers a unique blend of business and marketing expertise with a deep understanding of individual wellbeing. Her experience working at executive level, provides her with invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by C-Suite leaders and teams tasked with transformation and change.
Her coaching style combines her business acumen with her expertise in functional medicine health coaching and breathwork to offer a holistic approach to leadership development. Through Green Button Consulting and Coaching, she integrates strategy and transformation support with holistic health and career coaching, helping businesses, individuals, and teams achieve growth and better outcomes. Fiona is also non-executive Board Director of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and a Union Committee Member of the IRFU.
