Event Overview:

“Reset Your Calm” (the “Workshop”) is a half-day, in-person wellbeing and breathwork retreat facilitated by Green Button Consulting and Coaching Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). The Workshop takes place in Tigh’n Alluis Glencullen, Dublin 18, Republic of Ireland and is designed to provide education, coaching, and guided breathwork for personal wellbeing.

Booking & Payment:

  • Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received through our approved payment processor (Stripe) via the official payment link provided on our website or social media channels.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • By completing payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations:

  • Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event start time.

  • No refunds or transfers will be issued after this time, except where required by law.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another person to take your place by emailing fiona.sweeney@greenbuttonconsultingandcoaching.com at least 24 hours before the event.

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the Workshop, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

  • We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation) due to cancellation or rescheduling

Participant Health, Safety & Responsibility:

  • By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout the Workshop.

  • You agree to complete and submit the required Client Consent and Wellbeing Form prior to participation

  • You understand that breathwork and related practices may not be suitable for everyone, and you must disclose any medical conditions or health concerns in advance.

  • You confirm that you have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid breathwork, meditation, or physical relaxation techniques.

  • You agree to take personal responsibility for modifying or stopping any exercise or practice that causes discomfort or distress.

  • The Workshop is educational and for personal development purposes only; it does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

  • You understand that results vary for each individual and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Liability Waiver:

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Green Button Consulting and Coaching Ltd, its employees, facilitators, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from your participation in the Workshop, except in cases of proven negligence or wilful misconduct. Participants attend entirely at their own risk.

Force Majeure:

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Workshop in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, venue issues, illness, or government restrictions). In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund.

Data Protection & Privacy:

  • Cookies or Browser Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on Your Device. You can instruct Your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if You do not accept Cookies, You may not be able to use some parts of our Service. Unless you have adjusted Your browser setting so that it will refuse Cookies, our Service may use Cookies.

  • All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland).

  • Data will be used only for administrative, safety, and communication purposes related to your participation.

  • You may withdraw consent or request data deletion at any time by emailing fiona.sweeney@greenbuttonconsultingandcoaching.com.

  • Payment details are processed securely through Stripe; no financial data is stored by us.

Photography, Audio & Marketing Consent:

  • During the Workshop, photographs or short videos may be taken for marketing and social media purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to the use of non-identifiable images or anonymised quotes in promotional materials.

  • If you do not wish to appear in any photography or marketing materials, please notify us in writing before the event.

Conduct:

We strive to maintain a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any participant engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour without refund.

Intellectual Property:

All materials, techniques, and content shared during the Workshop remain the intellectual property of Green Button Consulting and Coaching Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a place or attending the Workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
