One Breath At A Time. A Grounding Breath.
For times when you feel disconnected. This short mindful breathing practice is here to help you create a bridge back to your body. Your breath is always present, even when you feel distant from everything else. By paying attention to it you can gently invite connection back between mind and body.
Remember, you are in control of your breath so if you feel uncomfortable at any time during your practice of these techniques just let your breathing fall back to it’s natural rhythm and rest. Also always practice in a safe and comfortable space. Never practice breathwork whilst driving, operating machinery or in water.
